Reporting to the HRIS Manager, I am responsible for system administration of the HRMS system, Workday and the Time and Attendence system, Nettime. Troubleshoot HCM, Benefits, and Payroll issues in the test environment and implement in Production. Provide Security administration for 10 classes of employee/manager/administrators. Focus on system optimization via advanced business processes and targeted custom reporting in Workday through advanced calculated fields. During implementation of Workday, I served as Project Manager of data conversion, focused on the extraction and completion of the iLoad templates and integrations with our internal/external vendors. I also served as a Train the trainer during unit and user acceptance testing. Was the global subject matter expert for UltiPro for North America, serving as Project Manager of both the Cognos 8 upgrade and the .Net conversion.

Reporting to the Regional Director of HR working in the global HR and Accounting headquarters, led the functional HR team of 12 payroll processors and 5 benefits coordinators in an implementation of UltiPro from ADP PC Payroll v5.2 in performing unit testing on the system tables and conducting parallel payrolls for accuracy. Developed the payroll reporting library in Cognos Impromptu and later migrating existing custom reports to Cognos 8. Project manager for second phase of system implementation; data conversion, utilizing both data extraction and formatted data entry of check, job, and status history. Configured and maintained system tables for HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Tax departments.

Reporting to the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, led the HRIS team of two members, including a dotted line subordinate HRIS Coordinator. Provided reporting analysis utilizing the Cognos suite of products, both version 7 (Impromptu, ReportNet, Power play) and version 8 (Query and Report Studio) for senior management and all levels of corporate management. Created and maintained initatives for employee and manager self-service; utilizing security administration and business process workflows for 75 locations throughout North America. Served as the technical contact between the IT programming staff and the functional HR staff. Data conversions lead in two HRMS implementations of UltiPro: In the USA from ADP Enterprise 2.E for 2000 employees and in Canada from Ceridian InSynch for 800 employees. Most recently led an implementation of Ultimate Software eRecruit talent management system. Member of the Century Club, early adopters of the UltiPro .Net platform. Systems architect and front level support of annual online benefits enrollment sessions. Defined business processes and procedures for the HR department when Culligan was spun off from USFilter in 2004.

Web development and Sports Videography firm. Partnered with local youth organizations to promote the sport of Ice Hockey.

Reporting to the Director of Compensation, HRIS, and Payroll, responsible for daily audits of payroll data entry for 4,500 employees. Provided reporting analysis utilizing PS Query for all levels of management. Troubleshooted benefits administration module, security administration, and developed end user training on PeopleSoft system. Implementation team member which upgraded PeopleSoft from version 7.5 to 8.14 with a heavy emphasis on unit testing system tables in the new web environment. As benefits coordinator, daily duties involved processing monthly billing statements, generating headcount reports, providing front line benefits support, and maintaining employee files.

Reporting to the Director of Floor Operations at the Chicago Board of Trade, supervised a staff of five employees (phone clerks and trading floor runners), served as a backup to phone clerk, wire transfer clerk, and data entry processors. Provided customer service to floor and office brokers worldwide. Maintained a zero balance error account in hectic soybean complex pits. Also aided floor brokers with out-trade issues and trading deck assistance during the trading session.
