This involved reviewing the different services provided, volumes for each type of service, service level agreements and work effort required. The most complex and highest volume services were then re-engineered to greatly improve service levels, reduce work effort and reduce risk. In addition high volume but low complexity services were improved. The main output was a new portal where requests could be accurately captured and, where possible, automation was used for service delivery. -
