The recent carve-out of Diabetes Care business area from Bayer AG and the establishment of an independent Ascensia Diabetes Care, with a new ERP solution (cloud based), new business processes (adapted to an 1 billion EUR company) and building a common shared service center (mostly for transaction accounting), is a solid example of the cumulated professional experience and change management mentality and attitude to overcome the day-to-day challenges.
