-Establish and manage training teams in different locations-Conduct training needs and analysis and implement effective training programs aligned to the needs of the business-Design new and refresher courses based on the workflow and subscriptions of new clients and users -Collaborate with Asia Pacific Regional Directors to ensure effective onboarding and continuing education training programs-Consolidate training initiatives in Asia Pacific offices such as Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and India -Facilitate live client training online for Asia Pacific clients and users

-Design new training and development programs and expand/adapt existing programs based on the organization and the individual needs. -Author learning program materials such as presentations, learning projects, learning tests, instructor guides, and documentation -Identify training and development needs within the Client Solutions Group through continuous evaluation of new and current programs -Set creative standards for a blended approach to delivery of learning programs, including on-the- job training, classroom, online, eLearning, and assessment tools -Continually assess and calibrate existing training modules and programs to ensure they are satisfactory to all relevant parties, in line with organizational goals and adapted to changes in organizational goals. -Ensure a full follow up and assessment of training courses during and after training delivery. -Manage the day to day training team and its activities, while collaborating with other training leaders within the Global Client Solutions Group -Motivate, train, mentor and provide career guidance to direct reports and trainees -Leverage experience and expertise to facilitate a variety of classes and seminars for internal learning initiatives

-Develop and conduct a variety of classes and seminars for internal and external learning initiatives-Incorporate a needs-based assessment to identify training needs, requirements, or potential gaps -Create a plan of action or training program to address the needs or training requirements-Utilize multiple delivery tools such as classroom, online, eLearning, and assessment tools to design structured, effective and creative training programs -Manage small-scale training programs including, but not limited to Skill Builders, Accounts Training, Analytics Training and Client Training-Serve as a mentor to training team members providing best practices, expertise, and a strong understanding of content areas, product skills, and training programs

-Apart from my role as a Training Specialist, contribute to the resolutions sent to consultants and clients-KPI and Segments process improvement by setting turnaround time in RPDs, workflow and document completion-Support Quality Control Team to maintain data accuracy and completeness internally, Content Research Team in the creation of Data Definition Guide that PD (Product Development) and clients’ use as reference, Client Support Group in VIMS (Vendor Inquiry Management System) for data completeness and accuracy in FactSet’s product and Business Analysts for data validation, logic and calculation-Coordinate with FFTO (FactSet Fundamentals Technical Operations) and Engineers in any application development and enhancements -Conduct training to FPI (FactSet Policy and Integration) and FLAs (Financial Language Analyst) and create and maintain document repository for all documentations

-Design training programs and select new employees-Develop data collection policy and application training manuals-Conduct instructor-led classroom based technical training for new and tenured employees on the interpretation, analysis and collection of publicly listed companies’ financial and non-financial data of Bank, Retail, Airline, Metals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Homebuilding and Hotels & Gaming and Business and Geographic Segments-Work with management, content development, client support and quality control to deliver a high quality training to produce competent employees -Support operations team during production, resolve their queries and coach them if necessary -Maintain all documentation up to date, issue memos and instruct follow-on training when existing content have new data and changes

-Identify new data based on client request and related KPI data, assess the reporting pattern of companies and industries and contribute to the production of research summary containing all details necessary for successful addition, collection and display of new data

-Provide accurate and reliable financial market data to the database in real time manner and support engineers in enhancing and developing the database
