Internal reorg led to continuation of prior scope and a broadening with closer ties with the Sales, Field and Support part of the organization. That combined with my direct line responsibilities for PMO, UX, Technical Operations for all of Engineering, and Operations Solutions now connects the dots across the entirety of our branded licensing business. Driving meaningful transformation and improvements in systems, processes, and culture that affects north of 1000 team members. Particular energy and focus on taking advantage of AI to advance and evolve the way we operate and engage the organization in how to use these new tools.

Report directly to the SVP who heads the Advanced Technology Group, a 300+ person organization that encompasses the primary R&D engine, CTO office, core platform technologies, and general technology innovation for all things Sound and Imaging at Dolby. I am deeply plugged in to all the key initiatives we have underway at Dolby, and have earned a seat on top level steering teams with our executives, business leads, and key technologists for both the sound and imaging arenas. I drive the development of Operating Plans for the entire Advanced Technology Group, facilitate synchronicity between longer term technology and business goals, and host various forums to allow for ongoing cross functional alignment.Currently I most enjoy, and am a recognized talent for, quickly cutting through to the root of an item, be it a roadblock/issue, or driving a decision around approach and broader strategy, or general operational effectiveness, by leveraging and bringing diverse, often opposing, opinions and mindsets to the table and quickly fostering rapid and long lasting decision making. Of course I don't do it all on my own - I lead a team of Program Managers with the charter of driving a portfolio of sound and imaging programs from inception through realization. > Managed multiple concurrent Tier 1 projects for Wells Fargo – Project teams typically consisted of 100+ team members spanning all lines of business, with budgets well into the millions.> Ensured critical complex technical initiatives were properly supported by partnering with all impacted lines of business ensuring the solutions met their needs and evangelizing their benefits to Executive Management. > Led requirements phases, product assessments and selection, design, testing, and implementation for enterprise wide solutions affecting 140,000 team members.> Provided CEO of Wells Fargo and his top tiers of executives with Digital Rights Management tools to ensure email maintains appropriate confidentiality levels. 18 month effort with highly technical and complex implications. > Envisioned, defined, and led key process re-engineering and workflow automation effort that prepared PG&E for rapid growth with their solar and wind interconnection program.
