I started out with Steadfast as a designer and developer and now work as Creative Director (still designing, while also leading others) and Development Lead (developing and leading others to ensure consistency and quality). I interact with clients regularly on projects, both at the beginning stages (briefings, proposals, etc) and all throughout the project and relationship with the client. Steadfast is a full-service agency, so I’ve had my hands on product design, web design/dev, app design/dev, print, branding—everything.

While with Convention I worked with various ministries to promote their cause, events, and resources through both print and web design/development. This includes websites, email-templates, brochures, posters, environmental design, t-shirts, web advertising, print advertising, presentations, postcards, and many others. I also served as a part of the Convention's Web Team which focused on user experience and intuitive design.

In this position I was responsible for large and small scale print jobs for both students and staff. This included trouble shooting: programs, document setup, design, and general computer problems. I helped maintain several hundred computers on campus by keeping software/hardware updated and solving various issues like networking and other advanced technology.
