With more than 21 years of experience as a school administrator, I am dedicated to enhancing the academic success and well-being of all students in the US public education system. My passion lies in creating transformative educational experiences that support students' achievements. I hold a B.S. in Teaching with a focus on Biology and Physical Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and completed graduate studies in Evolutionary Biology at the University of Utah. I also earned an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah and am currently a candidate for an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy.In my role at Canyons School District, I collaborated with teachers, staff members, parents, and community partners to build inclusive and culturally responsive schools. My approach involves leveraging data analysis, student supports, and threat assessment to address the diverse needs of students and staff. I am committed to family and community engagement, advocating for social justice and equity in education, and tackling challenges head-on to achieve these objectives.
