19 years of experience in Residential Mortgage Sales and Leadership. My experience in working for both a large national lender and in community bank mortgage lending gives me great industry perspective. This progression has provided me a thorough front to back understanding of the industry and afforded me the opportunity to serve in a number of different roles. The ups and downs of mortgage lending over the past 19 years has given me an accelerated learning curve and aged me professionally. Along the way I have built many valuable relationships and had excellent mentors. I believe in doing things the right way and approach every day with vigor and a readiness to learn. I was attracted to mortgage lending for the same reason I am still passionate about it, helping families borrower money for the place they call home.
