Efficiently manage a call file to maximize growth, build commercial relationships and provide consumer insights & product training to increase market share. Use initiative to drive sales through sharing best practice and incentives while demonstrating return on investment.Managing a team of in store development executives & Channel partner Brand ambassadors sweat assets to maximize output. Working with the Lead Regional Development Manager & Head of online learning manage pier performance across online training program initiatives throughout Scotland & NI. Manage piers on asset management and stock control while maintaining oversight across the ambassador program for Scotland & NI Providing Training and coaching to support development. Provide oversight & guidance as the HR & People lead for Scotland and NI ensuring HR guidelines are followed in all dealings with employees. Working with the UK Head of Marketing I also provide my services as an online micro influencer as part of the “Passions Project”. Project Manage national initiatives to grow the brand within budget demonstrating ROI.
