Over the summer, I overhauled Chartwell's CRM to update contact titles, statuses, and descriptions using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I completed around 9,500 contacts over the summer and have continued to work during the fall semester to complete their CRM. I also designed, wrote a SOP for, and launched an Excel spreadsheet that automated adding meeting participants into Salesforce. The process prior to automation took around 30 minutes per meeting (which occurred twice a week), and the automated process runs in 5 minutes (83% time save).

With Magnus, I attended Perfect Game tournaments at East Cobb and represented the final group of people to "tag" pitches (label pitch types in real time) for club baseball teams. Furthermore, I constituted the entire sample of exemplary data to be used to train their machine learning algorithm to tag pitches automatically.

At Chartwell, Inc., I spent most of my time adding information and variables into their PowerBi database, as well as updating information to be used for informative meetings to sell clients on their business model. My tenure created a strong sense of direction for me, and I gained several skills as a result. My ability to be punctual and productive flourished, my knowledge about SQL, PowerBi, and Excel increased exponentially, and I learned a little about what it is like to work at a fast-growing, up and coming company. I learned how to communicate about data and find stories within data to then market to our clients; furthermore, I aided in creating a report to make the data and the intrinsic stories within more digestible. I consider my time at Chartwell extremely valuable because it provided a model of what my career in the future could look like, highlighted an improved tools in my skillset, and gave me feedback about how I can optimize my performance in the future.
