I joined J-telemarketing in 2014 and have been working as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Executive in the Human Resources department for the past five years. In my role, I have conducted numerous walk-in and telephone interviews. I ensured the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and met the established goals for my career.Regarding my career goals, my ultimate aspiration is to become a businessman.

Based on my QA reports, the company decided to promote me to Sales Trainer. I served in this role for one year, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Afterward, I progressed further and became a part of the Quality Assurance team as a QA Specialist.

In the same company where I initially worked as a CSR, due to my positive work attitude and response to company objectives, I was promoted to Team Lead for the Voice team. In this role, I acquired valuable skills in team management, handling dialer reports, and enhancing team performance.

I began my call center career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a US-based campaign called Home Security, operating according to USA time zones. I continued in this role until 2016, during which I was recognized and awarded for my dedication, hard work, and positive attitude towards others.

For my fourth job, I transitioned into online broadcasting where I took on the role of a Radio Host. In this position, I hosted poetry shows featuring my own written poetry. This job significantly boosted my confidence and further cultivated my positive attitude towards work.

For my third job, I worked as a Stamp Office Worker, where I was responsible for creating stamp papers tailored to customers' requirements. I utilized software such as IN Page and MS Word to accomplish this task efficiently and accurately.

I started my second job as a Food Service Worker at a local restaurant located in I-9 Islamabad in 2013. During my six-month tenure there, I gained valuable experience in both food preparation and customer relationship management.

My first job, which began in 2012, was at a photo studio. During my one-year tenure there, I immersed myself in various aspects of the photography and videography industry. I learned photography and videography techniques, as well as honed my skills in photo and video editing. Additionally, I gained experience in creating wedding albums and developed strong customer relationship management skills. This initial journey marked the beginning of my career and allowed me to refine not only my technical abilities but also my soft skills, including graphics designing.
