I started at Kennywood in Admissions in 2016, and worked in this department for two years (2016-2017) and transferred to the Rides department in 2018.

I assisted customers on the sales floor, answered phone calls, and transferred the calls (if need be) to the print center located next door to the store, assisted customers to their products and helped them leave the store with their products by taking them to their car in front of the store. Lastly, during check out I offered to sign customers up with the OfficeMax/Depot rewards card.

I assisted members with signing up for tanning and using the massage chair usage, signed members up for a new membership, answered phone calls both from corporate and from members regarding membership plans, and or cancellation fees, kept the men's locker room clean and presentable, gave tours of the gym for both new members and visitors, and lastly I assisted with the distribution of pizza night and bagel morning (First Monday of the month and the second Tuesday of every month).
