Founder of the League, this competition gathers athletes from entire state and give them an annual schedule of competitions. I was responsible to meet with sponsors, logistics, and operational, also I had to manage all people related to these events.

Promote one specific product (Forten) with doctors and companies. Organize events in gyms and clubs. Achieved 20% increase in product sales during the period I covered the area.

Project to create volleyball schools and a team to participate in the Rio de Janeiro State Championship. In the project we were able to get some sponsors and after the implementation I became responsible to coordinate the volleyball teams, making the annual planning, human resources, equipment and logistics. In this we also had a social project that aimed to integrate kids from poor communities by the practice of volleyball. As a coach I was responsible for the under 13 team.
