As an asset manager, I reported to the director of asset management, and managed a team of analysts. I had primary responsibility for a portfolio made up of skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and assisted living facilities (ALF) in the Midwest and Southeast.

As a portfolio Manager, I reported to the Managing Director of Structured Investments, and supervised an investment Analyst. I had primary responsibility for asset management and disposition of a portfolio of preferred equity, mezzanine equity and loan investments, that Kimco owned with a wide variety of joint-venture partners. The portfolio was comprised of office, industrial, retail, multifamily housing, hotel, self-storage and senior housing properties across the United States and Canada.

As a director of financial analysis, I reported to the President of Development and managed a team of finance managers and financial analysts. I had primary responsibility for developing First Industrial's underwriting templates, training the analysis team, and directing financial analysis and acquisitions underwriting activities of the development company.
