Any.tv is the parent company of Freedom!, which at the time of employment was the largest YouTube Network at the time. Freedom! provided its service to over 125,000 different channels. As a support agent within the support department the task is to ensure partners are provided with technical support, assistance in strategy and planning to maximize channel growth, consultations for maximizing AdSense revenue, all through various platforms such as the support portal, email, Twitter, Freedom! Forums and Facebook. Agents must be familiar, and fluent with the various services provided by the network, such as the Heartbeat platform, and gamers.tm, and oftentimes required to act as a trades salesperson between sponsorship providers and partners to maximize satisfaction, and product efficiency.As a team lead, the main task is the supervision of various remote agents in 5+ timezones, and four different continents, but agent duties still remain. 1-on-1 assessments, group meetings, and two-way channel feedback were necessary to sustain a constant level of communication, and proper monitoring.
