I have extensive professional experience in the development of privacy policies and procedures, the definition of performance metrics to evaluate privacy maturity, the evaluation of compliance with privacy policies, PCI DSS, and Privacy Shield certification. I am recognized as a Fellow in Information Privacy by the International Association of Privacy Profesionals (IAPP). I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional with endorsements for US Law (CIPP/US), European Law (CIPP/E), Canadian Law (CIPP/C), IT Practices (CIPT), and Privacy Program Management (CIPM), with have deep subject matter knowledge surrounding key laws and regulations regarding consumer privacy and information security. I am a member of the IAPP Certification Advisory Board for its Publications as well a member of their faculty having trained over 6,000 privacy professionals. I am also an accomplished program management expert with a successful record of accomplishment in business planning, information privacy, sales support, customer support, application development, and product management.
