Long years ago in summer of 2006 as one of the pioneers in this sector I founded Rachna Academy of Career Education , and ever since I have been preparing graduate aspirants looking for better placement in Government sector as well as private sector. With the passage of time and with the help of my talented team, I have instituted a system that provides relevant skill building, life coaching apart from teaching of academic content and training to enable the students at the institute to be at the forefront of all government or private placement drives. This also involves advising the faculty on syllabus to be taught in the classes of institute.As a CEO of the firm, my work profile also involves leading and supervising a substantially large team of employees and resolving their problems promptly and guiding them along the planned trajectory of our corporate growth. The sheer satisfaction and productivity derived from teamwork helps me drive for ever higher and inclusive progress of every employee under my command along with growth of company. A large part of my time is devoted to planning the future phase of our expansion and also evolves a series of activities throughout the year to fulfil the social responsibility of company towards the dispossessed and marginalised sections of our society.Over the years, as an experienced orator, counsellor and public speaker, I have addressed and delivered countless seminars across various organizations and institutions on careers in Government sectors in India. The main objective behind all my work has always been to contribute to the national effort of reviving the work traditions and excellence of Indian human resource, especially the young age group of youngsters from 18-30 years of age.

In the summer of 2019, I launched our new business concern with a noble objective of assisting and helping the aspiring youngsters to migrate to foreign countries in search of employment or a study opportunity. I established a team at GO FOREN to provide an entire gamut of services in the area of immigration/ PR visa, Student visa, visitor visa and entrepreneur / business visa. Our immigration segment (a core specialisation) provides end to end support to clients/aspirants who aspire to work and settle in a new prospective country. In a leadership position at our new but well planned concern I have crafted a strategy for our progress and at the core of this design is our commitment towards eventual benefit of our clients who are investing their resources for achieving their dreams.

At iRojgar consultancy, I have created an environment which specialises in providing latest training in soft skills through interactive and modern communication methods. We also organise regular workshops on Leadership Skills, Teamwork, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Work Ethic and Interpersonal Skills for youngsters looking for a job.
