Being the Chief Mentor at this firm, I have an opportunity to fine tune the Recruiters' requirements and pass it on to the deserving candidates after training them for necessary job skills. As a placement/ staffing platform, iROJGAR constantly explores the places where the talent pool is. Also being the Chief Coach at RACE academy, my team and I have developed an inter-enterprise coordination with the talented youngsters applying with us for refining their skills and employment probability.Still widening the horizon I started thinking about career of youth and I instituted GoForen, a firm excelling in immigration consultancy and VISA services as a reliable entity. It provides service in the area of immigration/PR visa, Student visa, visitor visa and entrepreneur/business visa. Our immigration segment (a core specialisation) provides end to end support to clients/aspirants who aspire to work, to study or settle in a new prospective country. CAREERIAA is started in 2020 on the idea that success breeds more success. We offer creative working environments with a unique entrepreneurial spirit for startups.
