Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to working with great teams, inspiring leaders, and exciting technologies at purpose-driven companies.In my current role as Head of Marketing at Rising Team, I lead the company’s growth strategy to bring our science-backed team performance platform to leaders seeking to increase connection and engagement with their teams. Previously, I held various roles in corporate marketing, product marketing, and communications at the AI-powered healthcare automation software company Qventus. I also led enterprise strategy at Stanford Medicine, working closely with the executive team to develop strategic plans and put them into action. I launched my career in management consulting at Booz & Company, and then at Innosight, the strategy and innovation firm founded by Clayton Christensen. There, I advised senior leaders at blue chip organizations on topics related to innovation talent, business transformation, and growth strategy.Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband Matt and our dog Cooper, and you can frequently find me up in Tahoe where I love exploring the great outdoors.
