With Qventus, health systems achieve breakthrough efficiency improvements in their ORs and inpatient settings that drive revenue growth and reduce staff workload. As Head of Corporate Marketing, I oversee Communications, Analyst Relations, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Brand. During my time at Qventus, I’ve built a world-class corporate marketing function, helped to drive growth in the sales pipeline, and positioned Qventus as the category leader of the $20B care operations automation market.To support the company’s growth, my team and I have:-Designed and executed a communications strategy to create market differentiation, demonstrate customer proof points, and increase brand awareness, achieving 74% Share of Voice against competitors with 5x increase in mentions-Implemented quarterly communications strategy planning cadence to identify key messages, audiences, and target media outlets -Crafted press releases and coordinated with PR agency to secure media coverage for funding, product releases, customer results, and awards announcements-Positioned CEO and executives as recognized thought leaders; secured and prepped team for media, podcast, and speaking engagements; served as CEO’s ghostwriter and spokesperson -Identified media opportunities for customers and brand ambassadors to amplify awareness; developed media playbook to showcase customer results-Secured placements in major industry trade and business publications including Forbes, Fast Company, and Axios-Built industry analyst relations program and developed relationships with influential analysts; designed awareness campaign to name, frame, and claim “care operations automation” category, resulting in Qventus being named as category Company of Year by Frost & Sullivan -Led design and recruitment for customer advisory board in collaboration with executive teamCo-Lead of LGBTQ+ ERG

Reported to the Chief Strategy OfficerI led a team of 6 directors and analysts overseeing corporate strategy projects, including 5-year strategic growth and marketing plans for the Orthopedic Surgery, Cancer, and Cardiovascular Service Lines. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I led Stanford Medicine’s communications with the Silicon Valley corporate community and conducted executive briefings with CEOs and CHROs.

Reported to the CMOI led product marketing efforts as Qventus evolved from a platform offering to software solutions in order to unlock the next group of customers in the market. I oversaw packaging and positioning, designed launch plans and campaigns, and developed a full suite of new content, including solution briefs, case studies, customer videos, pitch decks, and more. I also established the customer marketing function and reimagined our annual user community event, driving 5x attendance from the prior year.Interim Head of Communications

Docent Health is an AI-based patient messaging platform for hospitals. I joined after the Series A raise to lead new product launches and marketing. Docent was acquired by GetWell Network in 2021.

Innosight is the strategy & design consultancy founded by Clayton Christensen, the pioneer of disruptive innovation theory and jobs-to-be-done methodology.I led consulting engagements with CXOs at Fortune 500 healthcare and financial services firms, including Aetna, KKR, Medtronic, and USAA, to help them bring disruptive technologies and businesses to market. My projects included developing persona-based product positioning, market testing new business concepts, and creating pitch decks for corporate boards and investors. During my time at Innosight, we grew revenue by more than 3x, leading to the 2017 acquisition by Huron Consulting.
