Doubled the size of the company in first 2 years and raised a $10 million round of Private Equity.

TerraSpark's software enables 3D seismic volume interpretation for the oil/gas industry. Redirected business strategy and product development plans to support a commercial rollout of the product. Staffed 4 commercially oriented senior executives. Company sold to CGG.

IHS is a business information services company providing information and insight. I ran the global Energy product segment, (content and application software), which was 40% of corporate revenue. Designed and implemented a successful Global Account Management sales structure covering the top 50 accounts. Initial position was a Business Unit GM within the Energy segment, doubling the revenue and achieving profitability for the first time.

Role was to assess strategy and sell the company for the VC's. This was accomplished successfully at the end of the first year. TTI provided high performance middleware translation software for various M-CAD software systems.

GeoGraphix provided oil/gas exploration software and was a separately run business unit within the Landmark/Halliburton family of companies during this timeframe. Redirected and reorganized company with a new product strategy, sales channels, and marketing focus to achieve growth from $6 M to $24 Million. Developed and implemented a M&A strategy leading to the integration of 2 acquisitions.

VC backed company: high performance digital imaging acquisition systems (HW & SW) for scientific, engineering and other high performance applications. Implemented multi channel sales strategy and expanded the product offering over a larger price range to grow the company from $10M to $17 Million before it was sold.

Lead the marketing effort for the E&S entry into the supercomputer market place, and also was responsible for marketing in the $40 million revenue 3D Graphics Division.

CAD/CAM software vendor for AEC and Mechanical design applications. Involved in a variety of roles in finance, operations, international sales, and marketing as company grew from $10 million to over $70 million.
