My main mission is to focus the PMO efforts to generate benefits to collaborators and to the company trough aligned projects to the strategy axls, and communicate those benefits to allow a greater commitment of the stakeholders (from all company levels).To achieve those benefits I work in three different scopes:Operational: Managing and coaching project teams trough the project life cycle, choosing between the diffrent approaches and mehodologies that best fit the project context. Internal products and services design and management.Tactical: Creating a hybrid methodology (agile/predictive)for the company based in good practices, a knowledge base, and fostering the correct use of project management tools and techniques.Strategic: Helping to prioritize and align project initiatives to the strategic vision of the company. As head of strategy and innovation I helped C-level executives in the planning, execution and control stages of the company's strategic projects, I looked for total quality and I was an evangelist of continuous improvement, I proposed and executed the projects for the creation of the departments of analysis and testing, after a year of maturity of the departments I proposed the decentralization of the same as semi-independent companies within the same group to optimize resources, budget and utility.I helped supporting the Human Capital area in improving work experience, engagement techniques, and personal coaching.I also considered myself an evangelist of the Roket brand, committed to highlighting its strategic values and advantages towards our innovation partners and our users.Methodologies: PMBoK, Genba-Kaizen, Lean, Poka Yoke, Scrum.

Project Leader in Level 2 Capability Maturity Model Integration.

In my role as a scrum master I managed the efforts of 4 different teams, including analysts, designers, developers and testers, in a portfolio of 9 projects. I guided the teams to find solutions for themselves and to know how to manage themselves; I eliminated the impediments that arose in the workflow of the equipment and that prevented to carry out the activities; Protected and isolated the team from external interruptions during the execution period of the sprint, to maintain the team's productivity and commitment to the project.Methodologies: Scrum, Lean.

Art direction.

I advised customers to improve their processes and align their strategic objectives based on good practices. I was involved in the analysis of requirements, training in the use of software (product of the company), technical advice, post-implementation support, design of process manuals and system guides. I managed a portfolio of 15 client projects, supporting areas such as packaging and shipping, payroll, import control, fixed assets, inventory and safety. In different states of the Mexican republic (Pacific and Bajío mainly). I worked closely with the areas of development, testing and operational management.Based on Kaizen and PMBoK to manage the projects together with the clients, and SCRUM to manage the programming part next to the development area.

I coordinated the activities of an interdisciplinary team of 7 people under the SCRUM methodology for 5 different projects.My activities as a leader and Scrum Master consisted of performing the SCRUM ceremonies, requirements analysis and support to each team member to maintain a constant workflow. I also led the CMMI Level 2 implementation project in its planning phase.Methodologies: SCRUM.

I participated directing the homologation of processes of the 2 plants that make up the company, in Sinaloa and Jalisco. I led the implementation of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX), I was involved in the reengineering of several processes, such as Packaging, Shipping and Inventory.I was in charge of a team of 14 members, distributed in two locations (Sinaloa and Jalisco). Methodologies: PMBoK, Sure Step and JIT.

I generated the framework and methodologies for the sales area; opening channels of communication with new customers; I entered into negotiations with suppliers and creditors for portfolio recovery; Coordinated and trained a 6-member team comprised of sales and prospecting staff. Methodologies: Kaizen and Blue Ocean.

I led the Design area, participated in the development of new brands, as well as in the area of marketing, web development and software; I coordinated part of the team (3 people) that implemented CMMI Level 2 in the company. Methodologies: PMBoK. While in CLSC cluster I participated as leader of the Flash Animation group, coordinating a team of 5 people (developers and designers).Methodologies: SCRUM.

My activities consisted in the analysis, benchmarking, design, development and maintenance in the different projects of the company.I managed several projects where I had 3 members assigned to my team, working cooperatively with the team located in Spain.Methodologies: PMBoK.

My activities consisted of prospecting clients, advising on the choice of printing systems, negotiation, order tracking, after sales service and satisfaction assurance, obtaining several important accounts in more than 5 different cities. I was in charge of the induction and training of four new executives in the commercial area.Methodologies: Blue Ocean strategy and SWOT analysis.
