- Preparing steel products- Weld reinforcing cages for major projects for the Australian Gov’t- MIG and Cross Joint Welding steel reinforcements- Operating overhead crane controls to load/unload steel products- Ability to prepare, read and interpret blueprints, reports,instructions procedures and guidelines- Use hand/power tools- Performance of housekeeping (5S) regulations in the office andshop floor

- Operate and maintain equipment in base condition- Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map,lubrication map, PM)- Develop operations standard and improvement (Job Aids, SOPs,Kaizens)- Execute equipment related loss elimination projects- Upkeep safety and quality standard in the plant

- Lead troubleshooting together with maintenance execution team- Ensure accurate and precise maintenance procedures are available- Create repair work instruction procedures as required- Supervise machine major repairs and troubleshooting- Provide engineering support to those plant issues that are impacting production over a short period of time

- Ensure that all machines are running and producing products of high quality and standard in conformance to company’s specifications- Responsible for application of corrective and periodic maintenance of all machines, selected jigs and equipment used in parts production- Supervise machine major repairs and troubleshooting- Provide technical assistance in maintenance of EPPI machines used by subcontractors

I was an intern at this company for almost 4 months. I was assigned in the Maintenance department where I was able to repair and assist with repairs of static and rotating mechanical equipment, such as pumps, compressors, boilers, scrubbers, HVAC equipment and many more.
