- Development of advertising design projects execution, corporate identity and editorial design, web design, application software and user interface;- Creative project manager of up to 4 people teams: editorial designers, printed communication designers, web designers;- Create and manage visual image of brands and products in the Culture, Health, Government, Retail and Technology sectors;

- Brand strategy, performing tasks such as defining the style and brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short and long terms;- Assisting with product development, pricing model and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities, emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;- Planning of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media and budgeting in events, advertising and partnerships;- Manage the sales team with more than 30 people in the different markets, along with direct support of market managers from each of the markets: Portugal, Spain, France, England, Benelux, Germany, Brazil;- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales;
