The study of this space can be detailed in a few sentences, to develop in a book, or as a full-time endeavour.”I graduated from the UPA3 Versailles (FR). After my studies I worked for 4 years at the "Atelier de Paris" with Renzo PIANO. In 1989 I founded the "Bureau d'études facade van SANTEN" which later became "van SANTEN & Associés" (1999) and finally to VS-A (2010). I also had the opportunity to co-found VS-A.HK in 2011 and VS-A.KR in 2013. Among other things, I am responsible for the coordination and knowledge sharing between these offices. I regularly conduct design and R&D research, the results of which are systematically patented. In 2008, I was awarded the Silver Medal of the French Académie d'Architecture for research and technology. Together with Naree KIM, we founded the Korean start-up UBLO, which aims to develop a personalised ventilation window.
