Family Response Team Program Manager
CurrentManage the HOPICS Family Solutions Center's workflow and efficiency.Directly manage a team of 5 Family Response Team Members.Collaborate with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) Families Coordinated Entry Systems Team to create proper protocol for triage, eligibility determination, linkages to supportive services, and other resources for families seeking housing stability.Collaborate with HOPICS Access and Triage Management Team, Family Crisis Housing Network Management Team, and Outreach Management Team for case coordination and alternative housing solutions for families.Coordinate with other components of the Family Solutions Center which include Crisis Housing, Permanent Housing programs, Employment Assistance, and other co-located services.Oversee the Family Solutions Center referral email and call center.Maintain close collaborative network with subcontractors and community partners to have real-time understanding of available resources to connect homeless families.Assemble all necessary weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed.Manage and monitor data quality and integrity.
