My passion is helping people develop personally so they can achieve their full potential. My coaching practice is focused on developing leaders and mentoring of aspiring leaders to help them reach their potential. I'm fortunate to be able to combine the proven coaching content of FocalPoint with my 30 years of leadership and commercial experience with some of the world’s largest companies in Australia, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the USA and my small business experience. At board level and in my consultancy practice I assist in driving business growth and expansion by applying my knowledge of coaching, financial management, capital raising and managing stakeholder relationships in difficult geo-political environments; all to ensure that businesses operate with a realistic understanding of both the opportunity and business risk. Board level highlights include my role as a CEO in ASX listed Melbana Energy and as a Non-Executive Director at Fifo Capital ZASC. I hold a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University, have completed Leadership programs at Singapore's INSEAD, an Advanced Leadership Program at Arizona’s Thunderbird University and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
