• Responsible for working on the client’s requirements and meeting the dead line for submittal of the profiles• Posting the job requirements on various job sites to identify the right candidates• Scanning all the resumes, involving in initial screening and maintained a resume database• Sending bulk mails to candidates about the job opening• Scheduling for technical interviews and co-ordinating the same with the consultants• Handled Contract to Hire, Fulltime, and also contracting jobs for various clients • Excellent Negotiation skills with the employers to get a good rate for contracting positions• Expertise in recruiting and its various segments• Experience in dealing with agreements while hiring• Worked successfully with OPT, H1B, Green cards and Citizens• Good balance of working while under pressure and also meeting the set targets• Worked with exclusive requirements provided only to us, works with direct client or with first layer vendors alone only US vendors• Worked also with Bench Sales of the existing consultants
