Key Accountabilities at Cigniti as Sr. Analyst – Delivery Excellence • To facilitate team requirements and consistently monitor the project progress and performance through KPIs.• To support the delivery team in effective planning and successful execution of projects.• Ensure high customer connect for the project, adhering to organizational QMS.• Review project profitability and monitor project performance through agreed metrics.• Identifying potential risks (business risks), monitor project health and develop action plan for customer feedback and provide recommendations. • Create and maintain project level dashboards to enable effective project management• Provide relevant analysis to the management and customer: Risk Analysis, Quantitative and qualitative analysis, Reporting Processes, Executive Presentations.• Identifying areas of improvement in projects which can result in significant improvement in deliverables/process.• Identifying process gaps and provide heads-up to the teams for the next process and improvements through frameworks.• Ensure better customer satisfaction through business reviews and feedback mechanisms.• Conduct project review meetings with senior management, onsite/offshore teams to review project status throughout.Tools used – MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Key Accountabilities: *Handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to the Sr. Vice President.*Finance Operations like Budgeting, forecasting, revenue reconciliations, Targets Vs Actual Revenue analysis & QoQ analysis*Top line and Bottom-line management*Interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings*Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary*Analyzing variances, trend and provide business with regular cost/revenue reports supported by well written commentaries*Data Analysis (Ops + Delivery + Finance + Sales + HR) and creation of Ad-hoc reports on need basis*Gap Analysis and Suggested areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions*Assess Circle/Unit level performance against annual budget/targets and long term goals*Assisting Sr. Vice President with Power Point Presentations in Board Meetings for the Business Unit*MIS reporting analysis, Financial Analysis and Planning.*Computing the revenue reconciliations on a Quarterly basis and also the Management’s KPI, KRA, incentive planning*Facilitating business reviews of business unit. Produce templates for Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual Business Reviews and maintain knowledge portal*Exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
