Carried out technical analyses and approved any units’ manufacturing out of tolerances and drawing changes.• Created an automated VBA system for processing incoming electronic co-ordination memos (ECMs), again gaining yellow belt continuous improvement accreditation.• Used Matlab to process bench/flight test data to calculate a units’ time at temperature, and customized a rain flow counting algorithm to calculate the number of temperature cycles, to progress a life extension project.

• Managed a team of four peers tasked with the design, manufacture and test of an EJ200 gearbox raft maintenance rig. • Worked with optical and contact 3D scanning systems, high-end 5-axis milling machines and Cobalt-Chrome additive layer machines in order to create replacement crowns, abutments and bridges in the dental division.• Designed for/manufactured on multiple rapid prototyping machines, including Trotec laser plotters. Included HCF test rig, customer packaging, safety electronics for extractor fans, and CNC extractor head design.• Awarded sponsorship through final year of university and offered graduate place in their Engineering Division.
