Russ Kamis (KAY-miss) is an actualization strategist who guides people to live more fulfilled and successful lives. A nationally accredited facilitator, seasoned seminar instructor, and certified executive life coach, Russ has helped dozens of organizations bridge the gap from where they were to where they want to be through strategic planning, team building, and leadership development. He has also worked with thousands of CEO’s (600+), executives (500+), professionals (400+) and students (3,000+) to help them identify and capture opportunities for personal growth and transformation through some 200+ seminars and retreats.In 2020, Russ founded 3rdHalf to leverage the essential planning, change, and performance tools used by Fortune 500 Companies, private corporations, and high net-worth families for performance enhancement in the nonprofit sector. The 3rdHalf helps non-profits “succeed for good.”Russ earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering with high honors from Case Western Reserve University, and holds twelve U.S. Patents in adhesive chemistry. Graduating top-of-class, Russ also received a Master’s in Management Degree from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School, where he majored in strategy, finance, and marketing. He has taught business strategy at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Completing a dissertation in positive psychology—the science of well-being—Russ also holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northcentral University.
