Saudi Arabia

• Ensure the project HSE requirements are met and Implemented Company’s and Client HSE policies, procedures to meet the requirements.• Conduct HSE inspections with clients/ third party in accordance with approved HSE Plan. And coordinated HSE activities between principal contractors, subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.• Prepare project HSE Plan and Risk assessments / environment impact assessments as per project contract and proactively monitored the effectiveness of implementation.• Organize QHSE inspection / Audits at company worksites and assisted Project manager /Engineers/ Supervisor for QHSE compliances.• Conduct HSE trainings as per approved HSE training plan and project requirements MSDS, LOTO Training(Lag out & Tag out), Emergency response(Fire Drill Evacuation, First Aid, Gas Leakage, Chemical management and Oil spill response).• Inspect Site observation and Give corrective action to site supervisors for every works.• Conduct HSE Audit/Management Walkthrough with Management Representative.• Verifies that all tools and equipment are in safe condition by monthly tools inspection checklists and safe for use.• Ensures site supervisor conducts daily Tool Box Talk Meeting with all personnel in attendance and Provide appropriate topics for meetings and initiates follow-up on HSE concerns addressed during these meetings.• Training and carrying out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.• Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.• Ensuring work permit system as per client requirements. • Keeping records of daily, weekly, monthly safety check list.• To monitor the quality and quantity for PPE and firefighting equipment’s in store• Conducting Safety Training/Awareness program as per Training calendar to all categories of site employees.
