Led the Planning team for Site wide activities for Tesla at Fremont.Stamping, Body in White, Paint and Plastics for Model S, X and 3.Powertrain, electrics and Battery packs for Model S and X.

Sourcing and Procurement management while developing vendor network for a chemical raw material manufacturer.Responsibilities:o Sourcing strategy to minimize cost while upholding OTD and quality.o Vendor network evaluation based on capability and capacity.o Non inventory, software and maintenance service contract negotiation.o Inventory cycle count improvement and dead stock reduction.o SOP development for all supply chain and inventory related processes.

As a Manufacturing Manager, I was responsible for the performance of a $50 million set of product lines against the monthly and yearly revenue forecast while maintaining the P&L for the high mix low volume operation. The manufacturing set up included machine shop, assembly and test, quality functions, planning and supply chain as well as support functions of customer service and manufacturing engineering technology.The key focus for the operation were Safety, Quality and Productivity.

As a Planning Manager at Schlumberger, I ensure a timely delivery of the $30 Million Isolation Valve Product line which is used world wide in oilfields such as those in Brazil, North Sea, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Angola, US and India.To achieve the best possible execution of the weekly and monthly plan, I decide upon the purchase vs make decisions in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment. I am also responsible for capacity planning and sourcing decisions that affect the product line.

I was involved in Lean Six Sigma project implementation, Shop floor scheduling and manufacturing cell implementation in a high mix low volume shop. In addition to this, I completed special projects like Coating oven installation and alternate material handling/storage practices.
