Major accomplishments:• Led team that proposed technical service rules for 900MHz broadband that were adopted as part of the FCC 900MHz Broadband Report and Order (FCC DA FCC-20-67/Docket 17-200)• Conceived concept for and architected national PLTE network of utility networks (NofN), teamed to create internal NofN RFI/RFP requirements• Created program (US9i) that established the chip, module, and device eco-system for 900MHz PLTE next generation monitoring, control, and sensing in the U.S. electric grid• Led analysis and requirements for cyber security for NofN architecture• Contributed to the development of the Anterix 900MHz spectrum leasing model• Led the Code3 consortia technical team that developed and delivered the technical response volume (Vol II) of the FirstNet RFP response. The Code3 consortia was established by Anterix. The technical volume submission was scored exceptional with FirstNet review team. • Developed the teaming concept and approach to assist electric utility industry in structuring future grant submissions for federal legislative programs (e.g. Energy Act of 2020 / Jobs and Infrastructure Act - HR3684)• Led the Anterix engagement that provided input into the requirements for the NIST Smart Grid V2.0 and 3.0 Guidelines
