I've been in IT long enough to become a cynic of the industry. I still love it, I just don't trust it. 😂2. We have an IT helpdesk, can provide Microsoft and Google licences, computer hardware, networking, cybersecurity and all the other IT related things you might need to run your business. I do this for clients all across Australia from our office in Newcastle. Super cool, huh?Where we tend to differentiate ourselves is in our ability to: - Configure Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace as though your business was a large enterprise, so it's properly secure and meets the business needs, rather than just hocking you a licence and leaving you to sort it out while collecting that sweet sweet recurring revenue every month. - Not lock you in to contract for IT services, but still provide a managed service. Some of our customers have saved THOUSANDS of dollars a month on our agreement, for the exact same service. - Push our customers down the path of "tech light" - less tech is more efficient, easier to secure, and often meets all business use cases without buying more of it.
