We do about 50+ projects a year with 20% of them being CEO projects and the remaining being the CEO's direct reports. I've worked as a Partner with large national and small boutique search firms and have 18 + years of executive search experience. I'm a past operating executive of both small and large companies and have been part of scaling a company from $3m to $1.8B. We focus on building client relationships, and helping to build executive teams for early, mid and late stage Technology (mobility, networking, Saas, Cloud, and Services)companies on a global basis.We look to build close business relationships with our clients to understand their business, and assist them on multiple projects. As a result of this focus we have also developed a close working relationship with The Handel Group out of New York. Our focus is on building high performing individuals and teams for greater success.
