As a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Airline Services Group I was responsible for working with the development team to identify software bugs in existing applications, create test and documentation and user guides, and provide feedback through the development life cycle of new applications. I started the use of automation scripts from open source solutions to speed up QA process to provide feedback more quickly to the developers. As an IT Technician I worked on a team that used a ticketing system to support business functions and technologies such a remote airline check-in printers and software, valet service technologies, and general workstations. Support was provided in person, over the phone, and through remote control software. This position required acquiring a TSA security bade with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority for the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
