I supported the Ericsson MX-ONE, an IP based Telephone Switch for larger enterprises. Support consisted of proving software solutions for system faults. This included 24/7 support. I was also involved in the verification of new releases and support field trails.This work has made me very skilled in VoIP, with deep knowledge on TCP/IP, Linux, SIP, WMware and server hardware.During this period I was stationed in California for 7 months with the task to educate new employees.
