• Advocate for multiplication of disciples and followers of Jesus• Encourage, challenge, and support staff to create a strong team dynamic and healthy culture• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and cultivate spiritual growth in all areas of ministry• Care for volunteers, staff, and guests spiritual and emotional health providing prayer and pastoral conversations. • Lead Willow Creek's Recover ministry which includes: - Implementing new curriculum - Delivering messages/talks at weekly meetings - Coaching volunteers to become group leaders• Assist with the logistics and coordination of more than 80,000 Hope Packs delivered to incarcerated people in 14 states, as well as developing content for books included in the packs• Promote an environment of connection and prayer with the congregation during weekend services and guide them towards next steps• Serve as a response pastor and for funerals and crisis care

• Build and maintain relationships with donors and vendors• Manage the Warehouse by making sure products are on hand and accounted for.• Oversee, lead and train volunteers, creating and managing the volunteer shift schedule for a team of over 100 volunteers. • Manage fleet schedules to pick up products from donors• Receive and facilitate storage of Food Pantry donations • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, forecasting demand and evaluating potential shortages• Keep a clean and organized warehouse• Maintain spreadsheet and track weights of all products received• Manage and ensure proper product rotation• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, electric pallet jack, and manual pallet jacks• Conduct annual mandatory audit of warehouse inventory
