Production planning, reporting and finished goods count, overseeing that production plan is followed through and checking packaging. Despatch making sure customers get there order on time and that the correct inks were sent to customer. • Plant monitoring to ensure job cards were followed to ensure qc as well as raw material stock control • Bead mill temperature checks before ink is milled, during and after I have read the operating book and researched and have a good understanding on the bead mill •Lab work(R&D)FTIR, GC, COF and X-rite tests, as well as raw material evaluations to check for any contamination and for new possible substitutes of raw material. •Labels,job cards and delivery note printing using pastel.  Added on batch number correctly and neatly. Made sure the packaging material was neat and not damaged. Check that the right quantity of product is going into the packaging container.  Made sure package was sealed properly

 Made sure that the correct raw material and quantity went into the tank for finished product.  QC check of Ph and viscosity.  Followed the production procedures accordingly and reported any problems with the tank or control board. Made sure product was blended properly, heated and chilled when needed.
