- Understand customer test specifications and scope out test strategy and testdevelopment plan.- Develop test applications using Labwindows/cvi, C++, C software and NI, PXI,etc… test hardware.- Develop bench top and platform based functional test for Electronic circuitboards.- Develop customized test and process software applications.- Inspect incoming project hardware for completeness and correctness.- Review customer project technical details and schedule project plan.- Provide technical assistance to team members.- Design interface circuitry, assemble on prototype boards and verify designs.- Inspect customer electronic products as per inspection procedures and maintain alog of material disposition.-Manage data archive and retention.

- Administer various debug tools to conduct failure analysis. - Analyze all products to identify any manufacturing defect and resolve all hardware issues in coordination with development engineers.- Code test and diagnostic tools for electronic sections of the product to test.- Code tools to help find electronic faults on products, components and sub systems.- Design test plans and test cases to validate new products and improve existing products.- Design and implement design test tools for review and verification process.- Develop tests and debugging tools to analyze the functionality of hardware systems. - Develop new test procedures and enhance existing ones to ensure products’ reliability and usability. - Provide technical support to technicians for various testing activities. - Verify, debug and refine prototypes and pre-production lots according to specifications.- Interact with multi disciplinary teams for problem solving.

- Use the company’s state of the art test equipment, design tests using C or C++ to test PCI express Add-in card, Display Port and motherboards that require minimum human intervention.- Validation of test results by showing proper correlation of tests with other test equipments such as JBERT, scope and spectrum analyser.- Investigate electrical or electronic failures- Design GUI in visual Studio- Write python code to generate HTML reports for PCIe Express and Display Port tests.- Implement using C and C++ jitter extraction algorithms, histogram and eye diagram analysis routines.- Create plots using C++ and NPlot for the data generated by the tests.
