EHR Project Management – Plans, leads, monitors and executes multiple implementations simultaneously for MDVIP affiliated physicians. Manages the project budget, team resources, communications and project plans for each of the scheduled implementations. Monitors and reports on project progress, problems, and recommended solutions and maintains documentation through internal tracking documentation. Identifies and resolves risks and issues related to the Implementation in a timely manner. Escalates concerns to the project team and management, when appropriate. Monitors interface development and project status and negotiates priorities with vendors to best support the physician’s needs and meet the established timelines. Continues knowledge of the system functionality and attends required EHR conferences through various training opportunities to maintain subject matter expertise.

Electronic Health Records (EHR) Training – Supporting over 500 practices with their Athena EHR by providing prompt and efficient one-on-one training and troubleshooting support. Organized, created, outlined and performed Lunch-N-Learns to our entire network. Creating case tickets for support, training and documents requested for enhancements.CMS Process Analyst & CMS Training Program Design and Implementation – Research and implementation of the ever-changing manual submission process for CMS MU (Meaningful Use and PQRS & Value-based programs. Ensured accurate submissions for reimbursement for 270+ primary care physicians. The network of physicians were able to submit accurate CMS data accurately and saved up to 7% in possible adjustments.
