Vision 2030, Enriching Hajj and Umrah Program (DARP):Leading the transformation strategy and execution of the Vision 2030 goals in the Hajj and Umrah (pilgrimage) sector in KSA. Liaising with more than 30 government entities, to execute 100+ mega-projects. Secretary to the DARP Executive Program Committee and the Sector Strategy Steering Committee; 17 members from the highest levels of government

Lead the delivery plan quality improvement efforts for the National Transformation Program 2.0, coordinating with government entities, and managing engagement with the Vision Realization Offices (VROs)• Created the “Minister’s Circle”, a community of practice for the National Transformation Program (NTP) minsters with regular and structured development activities • Developed a strategy and an associated action plan for enablement activities (systems, development, and trainings) targeting the whole NTP eco-system• Supervised the NTP committee secretariat• Designing and leading the director general’s executive office, with a PMO unit, a special unit for handling sensitive assignments, and a reporting unitAdvisor to the Director GeneralBesides serving as the Director for Enablement, advised the DG on critical special projects, including digital innovation, talent management, and re-setting strategic directions when necessary

Co-founded a bakery and a brand name “Chewkies” catering for coffee shop chains and schools. Main products include cookies, brownies, and croissants.
