In addition to increasing bottom line revenue through storytelling, the Story Stake system reduced inventory losses, increased manufacturing visibility, increased customer engagement, and mitigated fraud and counterfeiting.- Led the development of tools the predicted what orders will need to be shipped on certain days or in special packaging to ensure every perishable product arrives in-tact, even in freezing temperatures. This strategic development reduced perishable product shipping loss due to weather to less than 1% while reducing fulfillment center labor by at least 15%. - Led the development of lower cost and more connected smart greenhouse technology to connect aging greenhouse structures to modern control systems. - Directly advised the CEO and core business leaders on technology, business growth, scaling challenges, workforce engagement, and intellectual property development matters.
