1. Overall Electrical Maintenance and Automation of 1.4 MTPA Continuous Pickling Line (M/s Flat products Equipment), Automation system (ABB) with Position controls (EMG), Strapping Machines, Electrostatic Oiler (Ravarini Castoldi), Laser Welder (Miebach) & Thickness Gauge (Thermo), Acid Regeneration Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant.2. Providing permanent solution to repetitive problems & their implementation, review of daily logbook and initiation of appropriate corrective actions, preparation of preventive maintenance plans & schedules, inspection & testing of procured materials, jobs & spare planning.3. Responsible Inventory and cost control.4. Responsible for completion of identified improvement project with respect to target date.5. Co-ordination with other production units and departments.6. Responsible for achieving department objectives and KPIs.7. Ensure that work instructions are followed at the work place and are timely reviewed.8. Responsible for Housekeeping.9. Establishing, implementing and effective maintenance of QMS, EMS and OHSMS in the respective areas.10. Identify the training needs, ensuring that the training are held as per the plan with attendance compliance and evaluate the effectiveness of training. 11. Functional knowledge, Conduct and Behaviour, Open Communication, Cost Consciousness, Team Work, Safety Consciousness, Analyzing and Interpreting Skills, IT literacy.
