As CFO of an $85M PE owned international aerospace/defense manufacturer, completed turn-around of company increasing EBITDA 10.8% and coordinated all sell side diligence resulting in sale of company at 2X cash invested. As CFO of $125M publically traded nutraceutical manufacturing company, implemented over $2.5M in acquisition synergies, increased credit limit of manufacturing vendors over $3.0M and completed all buy side diligence of acquisition during restructuring. As Consulting CFO of $115M PE owned company, prepared CIM, established data room and prepared all SPA schedules allowing sale of company at over 2X cash invested.

CFO for PE owned $55M flexible packaging manufacturing company. Integrated an acquisition while implementing over $2M in acquisition synergies, impelmented costing process improvement increasing gross margin over 2.5%, completed all sell side diligence, without investment banking intermediary, saving over $1M in transaction costs and implemented state of the art ERP system.

ZF Industries is a $400M US multi-location subsidiary of ZF AG and manufacturers transmissions, air filters and break systems for Tier I auto manufacturers. Recruited financial staff for new manufacturing facility to service new Mercedes facility, implemented SAP in new facility, established hedging program saving over $2M annually and developed financial controls at new $100M greenfield facility.

Sky Climber is an international manufacturer of scaffolding equipment and electronic hoists. The company both manufacturers and leases this equipment through domestic and international distribution facilities. Reduced operating costs over $1.5M annually, reduced past due accounts receivable over $500K and revised corporate benefit programs savings over $150K annually. Traveled extensively in Europe during workout of European operation.

National manufacturer/distributor of picuture frame mouldings and ancillary supplies. Completed all buy side diligence and integration of the Juhl Pacific acquisition doubling the size of the company at the time. Installed order entry system increasing cash flow by $300K, reduced past due receivables over $500K and installed cash management system increasing cash flow by $250K.
