Led the strategy of the Professional Education and Partnership. • Built different partnerships as well as educational programs including establishing the Vision Care Institute in Dubai Health Care City. Furthermore, involved in developing, preparing, and delivering high level courses and trainings to close to 3000 eye care providers in the region.• Established the surround sound and share of voice in conferences, congresses, scientific journals, and publications in Europe and Middle East/Africa to achieve close to 70% presence.• Supported the development of the Key Opinion Leaders Programs in different categories ranging from practice management to product recommendations to influence their peers to leverage the latest knowledge and superior products to deliver high level patient care.• Developed ethical and productive relationships with professional bodies and teaching institutions as well as offered support and knowledge to the local health authorities in different areas.• Successfully launched 5 different medical products in a period of 4 years and introduced several programs in the region which elevated the level of partnership with the doctors as well as increased the product recommendation as trusted options for offering vision solutions. • Launched the Health Care Compliance Program in different countries and regions as well as being responsible for the full implementation of this program including training the internal parties such as employees and sales managers as well as external parties such as distributors.
