I read "The Checklist Manifesto" by Atul Gawande and I believe there is a need for a more simplistic and systematic way to implement strategies – Checklists I also happen to be an experienced management consultant and an ex Private Banker with more than 6 years of rich advisory experience. I have worked with some of the biggest global PE/VC funds on commercial due diligence (CDD) projects, especially in the BFSI space.
