Raghav Kohli is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Global Outsourcing, Technology, and Commercial Transactions Practice. Mr. Kohli's practice focuses on outsourcing, commercial and technology transactions. As part of his practice, Mr. Kohli regularly drafts and negotiates a broad range of agreements, including software licensing agreements, data licensing and subscription agreements, consulting and services agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and joint venture agreements.

Raghav Kohli practices intellectual property law with a focus on complex patent issues in the electrical and pharmaceutical arts.While in law school, Mr. Kohli served as an articles editor for the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review, President of the South Asian Law Student Association and Vice President of the Business and Law Society. Mr. Kohli completed an externship with IBM Software Group, working on matters related to copyrights, trademarks and software patents.Prior to law school, Mr.Kohli worked with IBM’s Systems and Technology Group developing semiconductor solutions.
