In this project, I examine the interplay of the economic, social and educational indicators influencing older adults’ digital inequality and social positioning, and whether improved access to information and communication technologies actually improves their socio-psychological wellbeing.

My research projects addressed questions pertinent to two research domains. The first is Strategic Entrepreneurship - specifically whether and how R&D and Marketing competencies and entrepreneurial actions affect the performance growth of SMEs.The second is Senior Entrepreneurship- specifically to what extent self-employment and ICT influence economic mobility, social connectedness, and optimal ageing of older adults. These topics have been successfully presented and well-received by diverse audiences in such international conferences as Strategic Management Society 2021, the sponsorship and the Symposia of McMaster Institute for Research on Ageing. Also, I had the privilege to win the national competition of AGE-WELL NCE that supports emerging leaders in tech and ageing research.

A challenging endeavor aiming for in-depth exploration of organizational life cycles within specific disciplines in management sciences. Research interests: Research interests: Corporate entrepreneurship, competence-based competitiveness, institutional-dynamic & influence on competence-based competitiveness, and pertaining path dependancies. Conduct various benchmarking projects to assess current performance and future performance of different segments and within healthcare industry.

Being an MBA member at EM Lyon School of management brings in significant exposure of effective connection with colleagues, faculty and school network.The program is designed to sensitize and challenge associates'-students and faculty-skills and capabilities within an entrepreneurially-focused, business academia environment

Maintain and exploring new territiories, compliance with UN regulations and international organizations for standardising practice such as ISO, CAP and JCIA, strategic understanding to business development and market enhancement.

Supervising the hospital phlebotomy team for in-house and off site service provision; managing all international referral testing services with four world renowned reference laboratories in Europe and the USA; designing and participating in the automation process of laboratory analytical and process management; desigining and providing training sessions for new processes. Organizing public activities and campaigns ias a member in the Emloyee Activitie Committee and with pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer Inc.

Performing patient laboratory diagnostic testing services at the hospital core laboratory; facilitating active communication channels with physicians and patients for special services;taking a primary role in the core clinical laboratory setup, LIS system design and implementation;managing & developing departmental operational and logistic processes to be inline with affiliated hospitals.
