In the role of Release Master in the B2B domain responsible for optimizing the delivery of approximately 20 scrum teams working in Agile mode. Responsibilities consisted of organizing the proper staffing (with on and offshore employees), solving major impediments, budgeting and improvement of the Agile way of working including implementation of DevOps. As part time role responsible for forming a TechSupport team to drive and support the B2B scrum teams to automate to the max. This included setting up delivery pipelines, monitoring, test automation and coaching teams to make the best use of this automation. As lead of this team act as Product Owner to decide on prioritization of backlog items, align with the central Infra and Platform team on usage of tooling and implement best practices.

In the role of Transition Manager responsible for the successful transfer of IT Innovation activities from three incumbent suppliers to two new suppliers. Setting up planning, governance and reporting structure for a major shift in suppliers involving over 300 developers as result of the new sourcing strategy. Leading the execution of the transfers and reporting to key stakeholders and responsible management teams on progress, issues and risks.

In the role of Liaison Officer living and working from location Bangalore, India. Responsible for maintaining relationship with Managed Service Providers working from India for KPN. Operating as the first point of contact between on and off shore parties and closing the cultural gap between Dutch and Indian activities. Setting up and helping to improve cooperation, way of working, efficiency and effectiveness of both IT Development and IT Operations. Assisting in planning, setting up agendas and follow up of actions for visits from KPN to suppliers. Acting as sole representative of the Liaison Office located in Bangalore and being responsible for the administration of the Liaison Office.

In the role of Release Manager accountable for planning, build, test and implementation of releases consisting of several business project changes and applications. Each release involved >100 employees on and off shore, different suppliers and 10 direct reports. Accountable for budget calculation and expenditures of releases exceeding 5 million euro. As of June 2011 also responsible on the Business side for process adaptations, end user training and implementation. Gradually transforming the way of working from waterfall methodology to agile resulting in continued successful deliveries while improving the time to market and productivity.

Employed as a senior Project Manager in the IT department for Busi-ness Market. Managing several projects like a BaaN ERP implementa-tion for the medium to large enterprise market. Consequently leading a project for implementing a new planning and service delivery sys-tem for over 300 Field Engineers including the first UMTS based com-munication using hand held devices. After formation of the IT NL department I worked as project lead for a project to create a new generic Fulfillment and Billing delivery street. For this Oracle components such as Siebel and Portal Infranet were used for the BSS part and Tibco software for the order Fulfill-ment.After completion of above mentioned project I was project manager for several projects in the Online department to create new functionality for the Business Market.

Started in a Change Management role for a project implementing a new Service Management system for Field Engineers. Next I participated as Consultant in the setup of the Millennium project at KPN. Consequently I was responsible as Project Manager for making sure over 100 applications would become millennium proof.

As Project Manager responsible for several migrations of Customer data from legacy systems to the newly build Customer database application at KPN. Also responsible for renumbering (project Decibel) over 30 million phone number related data in the Customer data application.
