Relationship Manager
CurrentRelationship Manager primary responsibilities• Coordinate with Inside sales team on how to best follow up on leads (recent visits, webinars, tradeshow, direct requests)• Set-up and coordinate an initial meeting with prospect.• Initiate relationship with leads generated by; events, website registration, purchased qualified lists.• Determine if the lead is with a company that would qualify for e-learning development.• Follow up by phone and or email after an event or targeted campaign.• Prequalify leads to target for specific campaign (road-trip, webinar, email, direct mail).• Update lead information in SalesForce Database. (OneSource account intelligence)• Research lead companies (background history, services, industry, products, etc).• Strategically call leads and contacts at a target company. (Sample target company sheet attached)• Supply lead with our company information (whitepaper, links to specific web pages, cd’s, etc).• General Support to Strategic Relationship Manger (create reports, process forms, etc).• Process initial NDA agreements with potential client• Create a StoryWorks portal for potential client• Support Marketing Team in building campaigns.• Support and train inside sales on sales tools and processes.Administration of Saleforce.com software site.• Make updated to detail view• First line technical support to salesforce.com users.• Create and maintain reports generated in from salesforce dataHubSpot assistance• Add and create list in HubSpot to be used by marketing • Compile list to be used for SRM email campaigns• Assist in creating emails for SRM campaign.ZebraZapps sales• Follow up with people who call or email on their interest in the ZebraZapps Authoring and publishing system• Demonstrate the features of ZebraZapps to individuals or companies interested in the system• Create proposals for interested companies• Triage support call on ZebraZapps helpAccounting assistance
